I’ve been seeing Jen for laser hair removal for the last 9 months and I couldn’t recommend her more. Jen makes you feel really relaxed and the procedure is pain-free, with great results so far. I also had my eyebrows shaped at Mona’s for the first time this week, by Gemma. They look perfect and I was so impressed by how quickly and confidently she did them that I won’t be going anywhere else for my brows again! Looking forward to booking in for more treatments soon.

I got my ombre eyebrows done by Ramona, I absolutely love them.
When I first reached out I thought I was looking for brush strike brows, however after the original consultation I was unsure between Ombre and Brushstroke. On the day of my appointment, Ramona took the time to template one side with ombre and the other with brushstroke…wow…that made the decision to get Ombre so much easier.
The time taken to do this meant I got the perfect results for me.
Staff all friendly and the salon is spotless and welcoming.
100% recommend.

I had Hairstroke Brows with Ramona and I am delighted with the final result. I’m a mature lady and I am losing my vision. I got tattoos on my brows years ago and they had faded and I also had quite a lot of hair loss. When I arrived at the salon which is a lovely comfortable setting, I was greeted by Shona who was very welcoming . I got the faded brows removed with laser by Catherine who was lovely and very professional that then allowed Ramona to give me ombré brows. I am over the moon with my perfect brows they look so natural and have boosted my confidence. I can’t thank Ramona for the patience and care towards me as I am very restless. Ramona also gave me constructive advice to help with my anxiety. Ramona is a lovely confident professional make up artist whom I would definitely recommend and will be returning to.

Ramona is someone who I have heard being spoken about for years before I went to her from friends of mines she is well known for being the best when it comes to her craft and I knew when getting something like PMU done you want to be able to fully trust the practitioner. I had no doubts in my mind she wins all the awards is highly thought of and her work is second to none I am so over the moon with my eyebrows they are perfect and I couldn’t reccomend her enough 5 star for me

Gemma done my Korean lash lift & eyebrow tint/ shape and I’m so happy with the results! I’ve been getting lash lifts etc done for around 9 years now and this was the first time I walked away loving how they looked instantly with no product residue left on my eye lids or anything (which makes such a difference when you can’t get lashes wet for 48 hours). I also really liked how my eyebrows looked straight away as I’m used to them looking a bit mad the first couple of days but they looked so good right after. I’m happy to have found this place and would highly recommend Mona Aesthetics and Gemma!

After many years of having to draw my eyebrows on every day (I had none after hormonal hair loss post pregnancy) I finally decided I wanted a permanent solution. I decided on Mona Aesthetics after reading the many great reviews. From my first consultation with Ramona to the actual appointment I felt she really listened and understood what I was looking for. We decided on a combination of hairstroke/ombre and I'm delighted with the results. Very natural and exactly what I wanted, I've received so many compliments. Also just a shout out to Shona on reception, who was so friendly and made me feel at ease before my appointment. Can't wait to go back next month for my top up.

I had a session of laser removal on my brows today and I can’t believe the difference. Can’t wait to get my new brows soon. Also had a Korean lash lift here last week and I’m so happy with the results. Can’t recommend the team highly enough. Been quite a few times now to Ramona herself who is so knowledgeable. Now it’s mostly the wonderful Catherine is looking after us (my husband has also benefited from dark mark removal on his face). We’ve had the Fractional laser which was fantastic, twice. I’ve recently had laser direct to my thread veins on my nose again after a treatment a year or so ago. I also had IPL laser to that area for an all over treatment in between the directional treatments. Can’t wait to have the same again and more in the new year. So quick, easy and painless.

I’ve seen Jen twice now for laser treatment to remove capillaries on my cheeks and nose, she is absolutely fabulous at what she does! Super knowledgeable and so friendly, always a pleasure seeing her. I would visit more often just for the conversations but my treatment worked so well the first time that it was a whole year before I felt like I needed a touch up (and it was minor)!

Mona Aesthetics studio is a fantastic clinic with the friendliest staff who instantly feel like your best friends !! Everyone is so nice. I’ve been able to have treatments with most staff and all have been incredible!
Ailey at reception and now having trained in treatments is the friendly face you want to greet you. She is so kind and caring, goes above and beyond her role and I can’t wait to book in with her soon.
I have been booked in for laser hair removal with Jennifer for the last while and she instantly put me at ease with her incredible knowledge of the laser and also with her amazing chat 🙂 She is the most amazing at what she does all while telling the best jokes. I can’t wait for my appointments with her and to find out her next role and show in her dramatics group!!
Ramona did my eye lash definition tattoo and this has really made a time saving and incredible change to my makeup. Getting ready now feels so simple. She is a prize winner and trainer which is shown through her professionalism in what she does. A nerve racking treatment doesn’t seem as scary when Ramona tells you all about the treatment and friendly guides you through everything she is doing (which was really appreciated). Eyebrows are shaped and tinted while a Korean lash lift is done by Gemma at Mona and most of the time she is given a challenge to thread !! Her friendly attitude makes every appointment something to look forward too. Gemma also gave me lip blush which she is awarded in and her precision is incredible!! Picking out the colour was like choosing a lipstick with your bff and was easy with her knowledge!!
Mona Aesthetics is such a clean, modern clinic where you don’t feel judged and love to go. I can’t praise it and the amazing technicians enough. I never leave google reviews but this amazing clinic is the only place I would make an exception for.

Gemma is amazing at semi permanent make up, I have had my lips and eyebrows done and now my eye liner, I trust Gemma with my face and she makes you feel so comfortable! My favourite was getting my eyeliner done strangely, as it was more a tickle effect than anything! 10/10 Gemma! 🙂

First impressions of Mona were very positive, lovely, immaculate premises and staff were so friendly and welcoming. After my initial consultation, I booked in with Gemma for lip blush. I had a cherry angioma removed from the side of my nose today by Jen and I’m already amazed at the results. It annoyed me every time I looked in the mirror and I can’t believe it’s gone! Wow! Amazing Eyebrows
This was my first ever experience of a tattoo and I was really quite anxious. Ramona was absolutely fantastic and really put me at ease. I thought there may have been some sort of discomfort having my eyebrows tattooed but I can honestly say, I felt no pain whatsoever. I was gobsmacked when I saw my new eyebrows. They are beautiful! I cannot recommend Ramona highly enough. Thank you, Ramona, you are incredible

My first visit to Mona and I was impressed.
The salon is clean and relaxing. The staff and warm and friendly. Gemma was a complete perfectionist, taking her time and making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Absolutely love my brows and lashes.

I first went to Mona Aesthetics to have ombré brows done by Gemma, and I was blown away by how good they were! I’ve been back since to have tattoo removal with Catherine, laser hair removal with Jen and today Gemma has done my lip blush. All the girls, including Ailley, are so friendly and welcoming, and make you feel completely at ease. Would recommend the entire team to anyone!

It was my first appointment and I was little nervous as I’ve never had permanent makeup before.
Ramona was very professional, knowledgeable and absolutely understood what I wanted my eyebrows to look like. She took time to explain everything and put me at ease.
When I saw her first “eyebrow template” on my face I knew I was in right hands.
Having those eyebrows done helps me with my everyday appearance, makes me more confident and enhances my face features. I do a lots of sports and outdoor activities so I never have much makeup on, but having now amazing eyebrows ( which are ready everyday with minimum effort) makes me feel great.
You have magic hands Ramona, thats for sure. I 100% recommend this talented lady. Thank you so much x

I was asked if I’d be a content model for lil blush & brow lamination, and of course I accepted!! Firstly the studio is stunning and secondly, the services were done by Gemma and she is an asset to the team. Wow! Very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. All the staff are wonderful and very helpful. I have had IPL treatments with Catherine. The treatment is painless and has helped make a difference to my skin. I also had to have my microblading eyebrows removed due to them previously not being done correctly by another beauty outlet. After a consultation and skin test Jen removed them expertly and Ramona is working at reapplying them correctly. Just had my top up and all looks good. I would highly recommend Mona Aesthetics 👌

Went to Mona Aesthetics for laser treatment on my eyebrows that I had done in another salon many years before. They had faded to a grey/ash colour and I wanted them removed. Jen was so lovely and talked me through the process. What a difference! Wow ! I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of getting this done.

I just had my second laser hair removal done at Mona’s and I am over the moon with the results!!This has changed my life!!I had my under arms and bikini done and honestly I only shaved once in 4 weeks!!I could not recommend Jennifer enough, she’s a first class professional and has a great experience and knowledge in hair removal. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable,I felt like I have known her all my life 😊. I have been getting laser treatments with Jen, and the results are amazing! After only two appointments, my hair growth is significantly less and the hair that does grow takes twice as long as before. Would definitely recommend Jen and laser hair removal.

I got lip blush done by Mona in December last year and it looks amazing! The whole experience was fab and really considerate from start to finish. We chatted about the colours I usually go for, the result I wanted, and Mona chose a colour combination for me that suits my features perfectly. The results are subtle but really gorgeous, I’ve had so many compliments and my mum is booked in with the studio now too!

I have had fractional laser with Catherine and after 4 weeks my skin is looking 10 times better and feels great, just had a skin peel today and skins feels lovely, the girls are all so helpful and Jen had removed moles from face last year with fantastic results , I forget that they were even there before ! Had great consultations to discuss best treatments for my skin and they couldn’t be more helpful, thank you 🤩 really happy with the results.

Ive recently had ombré brows done by PMU Gemma Murrie I’m over the moon with the results, her technique is amazing, pain is very minimum. I also got a free top up 6 weeks after the first appointment that I just attended on Saturday and my brows look amazing. All the staff are lovely and very welcoming, salon is beautiful and exceptionally clean and so modern. Would highly recommend this salon and especially Gemma. Will definitely be back in the future for further treatments

I had my eyebrows tattooed recently, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Gemma did such an incredible job, from the moment I walked in I felt completely at ease. Gemma took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and explained the full process in detail which made me feel confident in her expertise.
The precision and care that went into mapping and shaping my brows were amazing. They look so natural yet so defined, and the colour match is perfect. The salon was also super clean and had such a relaxing atmosphere.

Ive been coming to Mona Aesthetics for some time now, not only to do Permanant Make Up Training with Mona, which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for training. I done a Lip Blush Masterclass and Hair Stroke Brows workshop, both were fantastic. I then plucked up the courage to have my eye liner Permanant make up by Mona and I can honestly say the result is subtle, beautiful and a confidence boost too! Mona is a absolute perfectionists which I love!
After folowing Mona Aesthetics on Instagram I then became aware of Jen, who offered other treatments which I was keen to try- I booked my first laser hair removal session towards the end of 2023 and now 4 sessions in, i am thrilled with my results so far! Completely painless across the body and I am 1 million percent enjoying not having to shave before swimming! Literally after 1 session as the hair grew in... it started to fall out- literally magic! Best investment in myself and has saved me so much time!
Im looking forward to more training in the future, and more treatments too! The salon is beautiful, tranquil and spotless! Defo try out the reed diffusers too- there beautiful and bought a few as gifts.

I recently visited mona aesthetics for ombré brows by Gintare, Gintare was very quick to get back to my enquiry, and scheduling me in for a consultation, in the consultation I explained what I would like and Gintare got it spot on and perfectly done on the day of the treatment. It’s Definitely gave me a confidence boost. Gintare gave great aftercare instructions and advice. I highly recommend Mona Aesthetics Studio to anyone considering any procedures!

Was a Model today for lip blush ..picked colour I wanted and love it so far … felt was good atmosphere.. …very nice salon ..bit swollen but that’s to be expected..fabulous place ❤️👄

I recently attended for ombré brows. The salon was spotless and Gintare was very welcoming. She talked me through the entire procedure, healing process and aftercare. I am so happy with my brows and look forward to going back for my top up appointment. I was given an aftercare pack and lots of information sent to me re aftercare and do’s and don’ts to ensure I get the best results. Highly recommend this salon. Very clean, very professional and a treatments are of a high standard

I had lip blush done here with gintare and the customer service was amazing from start to finish she remained professional and friendly and did an amazing job making sure i was ok and making sure the treatment was carried out accurately, 100% happy with my results, i would definitely recommend her and this business

Had laser hair removal done in Falkirk studio for my beard contouring with Jen, had notisable results even after 1st session, really happy. Staff at the clinic were fantastic, very professional! And clinic itself is superb,great experience and service, highly recommend.

Exceptional service. Having never had ombre brows I was a little nervous but was put immediately at ease by G. And the end result is even better than I had hoped! Beautifully shaped and subtlety coloured. Very happy 😊

Today I had a back, shoulder and neck massage with the lovely Jen.
From the moment I entered the studio; Jen was so welcoming and warm. She took a moment to genuinely find out how I was - how I really am - and not just the usual ‘how are you’ in polite passing. This meant more to me than I can explain.
The environment, music playlist, bed comfort - literally everything was spot on.
The massage itself was wonderful.
Perfect pressure, the crossover hand technique and the feather like ‘tickles’ were genuinely heavenly. Everything was.
I enjoyed it that much and how Jen made me feel both physically and emotionally that I’m going to treat myself to another massage in a few weeks. Thank you Jen. For not only the massage but the wee chat too. That’s the best hour I’ve had in months. Will look forward to coming for a visit again soon xxx

I want to leave my review to tell how happy I am about my laser hair removal treatment. Not many men knows that this kind of treatment is not only for women. Unwanted hair can be removed from all over the body.
I have decided to remove my hair from the back and I very happy about the results. Jen was very proffesional and it was compleately pain free! If you have any doubt just give them a call and all your questions will be answered.
Well done Jennifer! 5 out of 5 stars well deserved.
Procedure doesn't take long and the hair growth has stopped. Looking forward for another procedure!

I had pleasure to visit Mona Aesthetics Studio about a year ago and done ombre brows. I can not express enought how happy I am that I have chosen Ramona for my permanent makeup session.
What I am really happy about is how proffesional girls working at this clinic. I was welcomed warmly and the atmosphere was really good. I was consulted in advance and all my questions was answered so I had no doubt I have chosen the right procedure and I knew what to expect.
Overall I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could.

I recently visited Mona Aesthetics Studio & Academy for a permanent makeup session, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was calming and professional. The staff greeted me warmly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.
Ramona handled my permanent makeup was incredibly skilled and attentive to detail. She consulted with me to understand exactly what I wanted and provided her expert suggestions that genuinely enhanced the final look. The procedure was surprisingly comfortable, and she ensured I was at ease during the entire process.
I opted for permanent eyeliner and eyebrow tinting, and the results are simply stunning. The eyeliner is perfectly symmetrical and has saved me so much time in my daily routine. The eyebrow tinting looks so natural, yet it beautifully frames my face.
What impressed me the most was the aftercare advice and the follow-up appointment scheduled to ensure everything was healing as expected. The clinic clearly prioritizes customer satisfaction and safety.

I was in with Jen for a Carbon Facial and it was amazing!! Jen made me so comfortable with the treatment and was really professional. The facial was unreal and totally pain free. She also offers shoulder and scalp massage during the treatment too which was the best massage I’ve ever had! Could not recommend Jen enough and will defo be back xx

Had lip-blush (permanent make up ) done at the salon with Gintare , I cannot believe the results. I am so impressed and feel like a different woman, gintare is so professional and makes you feel at ease and welcome. I would definitely return back for more permanent make up by Gintare she’s wonderful and her work is amazing , the salon is beautiful and so clean. All the stuff are lovely. 5 stars all round

I got permanent makeup from Gintare. My eyebrows and lip blush makes life so much easier. Colour match is brilliant and exactly what I wanted. I also go to Jen for laser hair removal and have seen such a difference after 2 sessions. I would definitely recommend Mona Aesthetics!

I recently had ombré brows and lip blush done by Gintere and they are amazing, very welcoming in the studio and offered me water and a blanket incase I was cold, 10/10 service and I would highly recommend this business for anyone wanting permanent makeup.

Been to the clinic before for a men’s brows tidy up and really enjoyed the whole experience. The girls are welcoming and friendly and the space looks great, very premium.

Amazing service from Jen. Have had two sessions of under arm laser hair removal and I am at the stage of almost not needing to shave at all after having to shave every other day before treatment. 5star service and great staff. Highly recommended

I have been visiting the clinic for laser hair removal treatment and cannot recommend enough. I’ve only had 3 sessions and the difference already is amazing. Iv known Jen for a couple years through the gym, I am a very self conscious heavy person & Jen has always been nothing but kind & considerate offering advice making me feel comfortable in her presence.
But one of the massive things Jen has done for me most recently is introducing me to her laser hair treatment, with pcos I get facial hair around my mouth, chin & neck area & it has always made me so self conscious to the point of being in pain from plucking so much so no-one notices.
I have now had 2 facial treatments (as well as underarms & legs) & the difference is unbelievable I cannot thank Jen enough, I can walk out the house without worrying about plucking or if my mouth area is covered in hair or red from plucking so much
Jen is one of the most kindest, thoughtful people you will ever meet & when you meet she will instantly make you feel like you've been friends forever

I visited Mona’s for lip blush treatment and i absolutely love them. Mona was amazing and mixed the perfect colour for me. I then visited weekly for a skin plasma treatment for acne scarring, a lovely treatment with good results. This treatment left my skin feeling smooth, like a new layer of skin and helped my breakouts heal almost overnight. Mona and Jen are so lovely, professional and so informative about their treatments.
